ALREADY UNDER TREATMENT?
If you have received a login from us, you can easily schedule a follow-up appointment through your own portal using this link. Starting from January 2024, we will be transitioning to our new EHR (Electronic Health Record). To book a new appointment, you will need to re-register once.
