It can always happen that you want to change or cancel an appointment, please email or message your therapist or log in to your own portal. You can also easily book a new- or a follow-up appointment there.
If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours, or if you do not cancel in time via the above methods, we are forced to charge 100% of the costs. It is unfortunately not possible to deregister your appointment via the Vondelgym.
